When you go out on the water, you want to do one thing. Fish. And you want your sonar unit to help in your pursuit, not get in the way.

Which is precisely why we developed Advanced Signal Processing (ASP).

With ASP, you can rest assured that what you see on the screen is always the clearest, most detailed and most accurate picture possible. And you don't have to fiddle with sonar settings to achieve it.

That means you don't even have to adjust sonar settings when conditions change. And that's important, because conditions are seldom constant on the water. Variables such as boat speed and the amount of algae or plankton can have a tremendous effect on sonar signals. With most sonar units, you'd have to manually adjust the settings to compensate for these variables, or settle for sub-par sonar performance.

But not with Eagle.

ASP does it all for you. From the moment you turn on an Eagle unit, highly sophisticated ASP computer circuitry evaluates the effects of all the variables, and automatically adjusts the sonar's settings for the best picture possible. You don't even have to raise a finger.

In addition, ASP filters out signals caused by algae, plankton, and other interference sources.

This allows fish targets to appear on the screen with a minimum of clutter.

Thanks to ASP, when you go out on the water, all you have to think about is finding, and catching, fish. Everything else is done for you--precisely and automatically.

Okay, okay. Go ahead and adjust those settings yourself. Feel free. If you're an experienced sonar user, from time to time you just might prefer to configure the unit yourself to fit a specific need or fishing situation. But don't worry.
